Welcome to Computer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Computer website, apps, and services at computer.bot (the "Service"), operated by Computer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use a demo workspace without an account. To save your work and unlock execution features, you sign in with your email via a one-time login link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. AI output can be wrong. Review important results before relying on them.
Some features require a paid plan or credits. Paid checkout is not active yet. When it opens, payment details will be processed securely by Stripe; Computer will not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Credits are consumed by usage (metered by the underlying model) and are non-transferable. Applicable taxes and the final amount will be shown at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; contact us and we'll do our best to make things right.
You retain ownership of the content and data you put into Computer. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (store, process, and route it to the models and channels you use). You are responsible for the content you submit and the tasks you ask Computer to perform.
Computer connects to third-party providers (such as model providers and messaging channels) to do its work. Your use of those connections is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms or the Service over time; material changes will be posted here. You can stop using the Service at any time, and you may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end access for violations.
