Free demos

Instant demos are free, so there is nothing to refund. Try as many as you like before committing to a paid plan.

Paid plans

If you are not satisfied with a persistent plan, email us within 7 days of your first charge for that plan and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your console. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your instance stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months after the 7-day window.

How to request

Email hello@computer.bot from your account email. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
